The Pink Ribbon annoys me
Everywhere I turn there seems to be another product supporting breast cancer cure. While the thought is noble and the cause lifesaving. These ribbons are a constant reminder to me that the disease exists and there is a good chance I will be a statistic to this disease in a few days. This annoys me no deal. I do not need my salt reminding me that I may have cancer.
Do other people who actually have Breast Cancer feel the same? Maybe not but this deluge of pink ribbons everywhere may not be as comforting as it seems. Just Saying.
